The house is in extremely good condition, very clean and equipped with everything earthy. Also, everything is explained very well - with hints also on the appliances and plugs themselves. Everything is really well thought out. Important for the season was also the excellent air conditioning, which should now be used as heating in winter. It would have been very cold in the evening and at night if it wasn't for them. The village of Sannat is a bit far from the tourist centres, which we really liked, and also very close to spectacular cliffs where you can walk wonderfully. We enjoyed our stay all around.

There is nothing to complain about from my side.

A spacious stone house, tastefully furnished, properly equipped and pampering. A roof with a lovely view and an outdoor area with a pool. The house is located in a quiet area. Generous hosts, took care of a basket with bread, water, milk, cornflakes and snacks, and also left bottles of wine for us. We chose to spend a longer time in Gozo because of the farmhouse and we did not regret it. The house met all expectations and more.

Anne's house is amazing, very pleasant, very well equiped. The house is next to a bus stop which ride your to Victoria directly. It is next to local shops. The swimming pool is perfect and refreshing after a hot day. We had a very pleasant moment in this house. We recommand it without hesitation and we hope to come back to Gozo one day.

I don't understand the rating of 9.8 for this house: It should be a full 10.0!! It was amazing, Anne and Francis are awesome hosts who make sure that there is everything you need -- and more. A fully equipped house, yard and pool area. The beds were very comfortable, air condition available everywhere inside at a very low cost, the kitched had more to offer than our own kitchen at home. The house is far enough away from the street -- so there was no noise from the cars, yet close enough with a bus stop right outside. The roof garden was a delight, especially during the fireworks in the evening. Everything was so clean and well taken care of. I could not think of anything else that could have made our two-and-a-half-weeks-vacation any more beautiful. It was stunning and we will definitely be back! Everything was perfect.
